"Does Vision Collision waive deductibles?”
Vision Collision offers many value-added services that include; mobile estimating, "Three for Free" rental program, deductible financing (through American General), multiple locations, and pick-up and delivery. Anyone can waive a deductible; we would rather earn your business in other ways.
“When is my deductible due?”
The full deductible payment is due at the time of delivery of your vehicle. Your vehicle cannot be released otherwise. We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, debit cards, cashier checks and cash. We do not accept personal checks or AMEX.
“Will this accident be reported to CARFAX?”
Vision Collision does not report to ANY service like CARFAX. This information is typically pulled from the insurance claims for the state. Inquire to your agent to learn more.
“Do you work with my insurance company?”
Vision Collision works with ALL insurance companies. Following is a list of the main ones we work with, but if your insurance carrier is not on the list, don’t panic – we will work with you to make the arrangements as smooth as possible. (We are not a direct repair shop for all the companies listed below, just to avoid any confusion.)

“What does ‘total loss’ mean exactly?”
When the amount of money it will take to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition exceeds the value of the vehicle it becomes a total loss at that point. There are some exceptions to the rule. It is best to speak with your agent or claims department for more information.
